About Beyond The Cube
Beyond the Cube was established in 2010 as a Social Enterprise by 3 artists who recognised that the lack of specific business support for the creative arts sector was preventing many artists in a similar position from pursuing a sustainable career.
Beyond the Cube is responding to the identified need of new and established artists to have ready access to resources and professional development support, together with opportunities for engaging in projects and networking with like-minded individuals. We are introducing services that will enhance the potential for self employed artists to enjoy sustainability and increase their business knowhow, raise their profile, innovative projects and initiatives within the community.
Beyond the Cube is an inclusive organisation that works alongside all elements of the creative practices. We will actively seek to work with partners to create an inclusive environment which fosters good relationships, mutual respect and trust, is non-judgmental and non discriminatory.
We will bring artists out of their studios, empowering them to become more active within the community. We will create wider opportunities for artists by making their work accessible to a larger audience. We believe that aspiration, innovation and ambition fuel creativity. We will strive to work with our members to help them achieve a sustainable business, providing support and advice and encouraging them to do what they do best.
